I have over 25 years experience building, transforming and leading large in-house recruitment/ talent acquisition functions. My expert insights sit in selecting and deploying TA operating models (executive hiring, early careers, experienced hires across employed and contingency hiring), TA process engineering and workflows and TA metrics. As part of my work I have significant experience of leading TA technology selection and implementation (CRM, ATS and additional eco system systems and AI tooling). I also have extensive experience of reviewing, selecting, activating and exiting TA service providers such as RPO providers, pre employment screening services, assessment suppliers etc. Most recently I have worked for EDF Energy and Admiral Insurance, but have also held leadership and consultancy roles within Unite PLC (student accommodation providers), Vodafone and DACBeachcroft LLP.
